The Pool Bronze Medallion is run by Royal Life Saving and is a two day course (14 contact hours) whereas the Surf Life Saving Bronze Medallion is run over a 6 week period and amounts to at least 40 contact hours. Whilst the names are similar the course content is quite different, you will require a Surf Life Saving Bronze Medallion unless you are applying for a pool position.
